i am soooo excited! Its great knowing that your hard work is paying off. Down 3.2 pounds this week!!!! I will definitely keep going!
252.4 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 59.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1613 kcal Fat: 72.49g | Prot: 94.48g | Carb: 154.19g.   Breakfast: Coffee with Sugar, Oatmeal, Scrambled Egg, Low Fat Turkey Bacon. Lunch: Broiled or Baked Pork Chop, Yellow Sweet Corn, Instant Mashed Potatoes, Cooked Green Peppers and Onions (Fat Added in Cooking). Dinner: Whole Wheat Spaghetti Noodles with Meat Sauce. Snacks/Other: Salted Peanuts (23g Package). more...
