Yesterday I ran for 11.2 miles. I am training for a half marathon next month. It is nice to see a little drop in weight. (Especially since I ate a lot more yesterday).
184.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
