18 Days - 8 lbs gone!

I'm staying pretty much within my calories I set for myself, but a few days my fat intake has been a little high because we brought home take out food. Gonna try and stay away from it, so easy on a Saturday Night for everyone in the house to say "YES" because it's easy, but definitely not a healthy choice.

Tomorrow, I'm going to begin my walking at 1/2 hr in the morning after coffee, and 1/2 hr before dinner. I've been doing Yoga to help me get out that door and do it! I'm also going to measure myself, 'YUK' but it needs to be done, so I can really track my progress!

I need to get WW Cookbooks. Can anyone recommend some good ones? I love to use my crock pot instead of the oven as well!

I had my annual blood work done, waiting on the results. I know that it is probably not going to be good news, but at least I will have a baseline to work from (and scare the heck out of me to continue to become healthier).

In regards to a trying to work toward a good night sleep, I bought a new bed, it should arrive by the end of the month! YAY! I also have my follow up dr appt on Thursday, hopefully getting a cpac machine for sleep problems that continue to be unresolved.

WTG, Cheryl. You must be so thrilled with the weightloss. Good job on the exercise. Can't wait to see the results of your bloodwork now and the next set of tests. You guys must be looking forward to that new bed. Enjoy.

@ BeckyBaby65, Thank you! I am sure sore today! @ Heather, I am excited to be back to getting healthy, for sure. I am not happy about my recent bloodwork results(better than I thought they would be), but I know they will be really good in a few months from now.
