Day 40 - We Had our best friends and my sister and her husband over for dinner and cards. I didn't stick to close to my diet and I didn't lose an ounce. OK I have to get back on track.
131.6 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
