Upped my RDI from 1500 to 1700. Still about 400 below FS RDI. I was doing fine on 1500/day with very few days over and most days under, but after a lot of reading (yes, I know the 'net can be full of bad info) I've come to the conclusion that maybe more is better. I'm going to try it at 1700 for a couple weeks and see what happens. If I gain, then I'll drop back down. But if I continue to lose then I'll know I'm still ok.
