I started omiting Atkins bars - at least for a short time to see if they are causing a stall in weight, or weight gain. Later, I may add one back in my diet and see if I continue to lose.

MusicGirl.. I think that's a good idea.. I had a slight stall when I was using the Atkins shakes and bars when I first started.. Once I noticed what was going on.. I slowed down - an occasional bar/or shake, or in an "emergency basis" when I'm in on the go all day and don't want to cheat or spend extra cash I'll have one in my purse..
