I started omiting Atkins bars - at least for a short time to see if they are causing a stall in weight, or weight gain. Later, I may add one back in my diet and see if I continue to lose.

MusicGirl.. I think that's a good idea.. I had a slight stall when I was using the Atkins shakes and bars when I first started.. Once I noticed what was going on.. I slowed down - an occasional bar/or shake, or in an "emergency basis" when I'm in on the go all day and don't want to cheat or spend extra cash I'll have one in my purse.. Everyone is different so you will See for yourself how it works for your body.. let us know how it works out..Wishing you the best..
