Today is a scheduled cheat day, followed up by re-entering Induction. I'm stalling again, and hopefully this will help like it did last time.
I'm going to have hot dogs with cheese, baked beans and potato chips (one of my favorite meals from childhood), along with a big pile of apples and oranges. Tomorrow will be steak and vegetables, macadamia nuts, eggs, and black tea with cream.

I too have scheduled cheat days. I still plan, but allow myself some of my favorite foods. Even on my cheat days I have rules. It ends at 8:30pm & I can't eat until I hurt. So far I've still had some pretty big losses, better than last time I tried Atkins. For me I think the key is the day after I eat VERY low carbs. I think the change keeps it from stalling. Oh, I don't know if it helps but I always try to get plenty of exercise on my cheat day too to help burn off those carbs.
