I have entered the 5:2 Eat Stop Eat challenge. It is to start officially in a few days. I started today. I am over but I think I did ok. I was home alone today and was doing some "Power Cleaning". Kept myself busy. With the type job I have I don't think I can do this throughout the week. Most days I only get 10 minutes for lunch, not enough time to chew all this salad! Saturdays will have to be my day! :)
