Today's meal choices fit into my diet well. I kept sodium count below 2400mg, Carbs below 300g, and Protein over 50g. Hopefully the additional protein and potassium will give me that energy necessary for exercise. Had forgotten how much I enjoyed creating meals in the kitchen.
