Aggravated is the word of the day! I know there are ups & downs but I should not already be at a standstill this early on. Not giving up but still frustrated on gaining 2 stinking pounds when there is no reason for it! o_O
336.4 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 137.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know exactly how you feel...it happened to me about a week ago; but I made some modifications and I lost 5 lbs this week. Don't be discouraged just look at what you did differently and make changes as needed. Gl

Are you tracking all your food? Those bites, licks and tastes add up quickly. Are you being honest about your tracking? Are you drinking water? Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? Protein and high fiber help us lose quicker and lose more fat. Are you eating too many processed foods? They contain tons of sodium and can inhibit weight loss in some. The sodium can also make the scale go up and down. Are you being active? Even strapping on a pedometer and aiming for 10,000 steps a day is great. If your stuck inside "Walk away the pounds" is a great beginner workout dvd.
