It has been an interesting journey. This time last year, I was starting to really get into the fitness. Now, if it wasn't for the fitness test next month, I don't know if I would subject myself to the constant pain. In addition, migraines have essentially taken over my life. The pain...the fatigue...I'm afraid I'm going to injure myself more if I keep pushing. But, I'm more afraid of failing the fitness test. Will continue to work with doctors to deal with the migraines. Need to continue to work on the diet and fitness to maintain at least a passing standard as well as a healthy lifestyle.
