Yesterday was well within the caloric guidelines. We are still working on the Fat and Carbs, but are seeing a slight improvement. Virtually no exercise yesterday with the exception of some shopping! We did buy our own scales so we can track our weight.
Ray started on the 5th with a weight of 241. Today he is 238.
