Day 6!The short tiny 25 min workout still stinks. Its hard to want to start and great when its over. After day 25, jogging will be added.

Luck to myself cause this weekend I'm going to a 70th birthday party.

Looking forward to see my weight this Wednesday the 13: It will be 7 plus days of a well followed diet and start of exercising.

My weight in says that at my current rate of loss it will take another 4 weeks to loose 11 more pounds. Sheese!!! I hope its 3 or less.
243.0 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
