This was a roller coaster week up as high as 222 but ended with a few good workouts including a visit to the GYM. Tried several dishes from a Vegan rest, found them to be highly seasoned and noticed a lot of oil in some of them, the seasonings may have been soy based which tends to lead to wateer retention for me. Also ate macaroni salad and chicken wings that Deb had made for a dinner while David was visiting.
220.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Raw, whole foods, high fiber, plant-based foods   gaining 1.4 lb a week
