Day3 of not working out and the scales claim I dropped 2.2 pounds. I'll take that because I had not lost the last several days. Last year during BiggetLoser I usually had big drops on Saturday for some reason. Maybe it's the extra sleep.
216.8 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
