Hmm another steady. Might be a little plateau but a steady is better than a rise. Going to have a go on my new treadmill today so that might nudge the steady back to a loss. Still, i am happy where i am :)
179.2 lb Lost so far: 40.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Is there such a thing as your proper weight? You know a weight which would average out thru the little ups and downs /:-)
