Didn't make this entry before midnight! But I had a fairly good day. I had dinner at Steak n Shake. Had the Apple Pecan Salad. Very tasty! Very nice evening out with friends! I bought a 10 pound kettlebell this evening also. Been doing research on how to use it. Don't want to hurt myself or send the thing flying into a TV! Something new for me to try! Messed around with that, hooped and rode my bike. Now it is time to turn in! Good night FS!
