I am soooo mad at myself. I was doing AMAZING in the month of Jan. I jad lost 18lbs that month. My focus was great. Then BAM. Super bowl. I decided to have some pizza. It was over there. So since the past week I have been doing so crappy. I just went on this binge where I have been eating anything and everything. I even gained like 3 or 4lbs back. Every single day since last week I have been like "Ok,tomorrow your going right back to eating healthy". I feel like I am right back to my old ways again. And I am so scared now. I am really hoping by sharing this and writing this down will help me get right back on track so I dont gain everything back and stop losing. I have such a long ways to go. If I give up again, Ill never lose this weight. I just wasted and entire week, on bad food. gained some lbs back. I could have lost another pound or 2, but no. I had to stuff my face. I'm sad. I need to find that mind set again. Any advice or comments from anyone,feel free. I need it.

Okay, you need to not panic. I know it sucks to waste time when you can be moving forward, but it's done and gone; re-focus for tomorrow. Your willpower and motivation are not as fragile as you think. You've just slipped on a slippery slope of slacking (we've all been there). You lost 18 lbs, so you know you can do this! You just need to remind yourself why you're doing this and this time stick to your diet 100%. Remember you are the problem, but you are also the solution. Take back the control!

Hang in there Abbie.....don't give up on yourself. l know how frustrated and scared you feel. Let me tell you something I know from personal experience. Your mind is a smart, funny, sometimes downright rotten soon of a gun. You say yourself, you did amazing in January, and you did. Now, hear comes your mind, whispering in your ear "see how weak you are! one pizza, and you folded like a cheap suit. I knew you would fail. How typical" Abbie, your mind is whispering those things because it's scared! YOU did AMAZING in January and your mind could not handle it. So, it tries to sabotage you back to your old habits. Guess what, Abbie.......It's ok for you to tell your mind to shut the heck up! YOU have other things in mind. You have been amazing, & you ARE in fact STILL amazing. Your mind will get quieter the stronger you become. And before you know it, your mind will agree that you're amazing & it'll tell you things like "you can do this" & "your so strong" & "look at how well you're doing!" it was a few bad days. they're done. Now, Abbie, what amazing thing will you do next? I can't wait to find out!
