I walked for you today my Fatsecret Buddies! I did it because I want to encourage you to do it also! I have been under the weather, maybe a little whiny, hormonal, feeling sorry for myself. Today I would normally have ran my C25K but let myself by lazy. Instead I decided to encourage you because you have encouraged me! I didn't run, but I walked in my blue jeans and sweater and had not planned to sweat but did anyway. I walked for an hour, burned over 250 calories (takes care of those 4 or 5 tortilla chips I dipped in spinach/artichoke dip this afternoon), and put in almost 2.5 miles. I hope I am feeling better tomorrow so I can run and finish week 4 of C25K! Walk on FS buddies!!!

I hope so too. I have a 3 hour class in the morning and then me and hubs were heading to either Memphis or Nashville to browse malls and shopping. I will want to run when I get home tomorrow and get ready for my weigh in Sunday morning!

You encouraged me to do a little exercising yesterday and this morning. I walked on the TM for 15 minutes and did the ellipitcal for 15 minutes as well. It's a start. I'm so glad I have FS buddies like you to help me along the way.
