Decided to use the weight listed at the doctor's office. I weighs me in 5-6lbs. heavier. This is my new incentive to get to goal weight using their scales since that's the only weight my doctors are concern with. Putting the pedal to the metal to lose 20lbs. in 6 weeks before an important trip.
