Well last night I decided since I'd be at the Y anyways for the kid's swimming lessons/dance class/sports and games (We're there from 4:30pm till 8:15pm every Thursday) I might as well try 2 classes instead of just one.
I tried my first Pilates class on Wednesday and found not only did it not really stress my knee, but wow did it ever target all my abdominal muscles! So keeping that in mind I chose to do a Pilates and then an Aquafit last night.
Pilates went amazingly! For the first 20min there was only myself and one other lady, and for the rest of the class it was just me as she left 20min into it for an appt. So I got one on one Pilates training and to top it off I'd told the instructor on Wed. about my c-section, so she totally customized the last 40min to just working on the muscles that are weak on me specifically :-D I loved it! Now I fully admit that when I woke up this morning muscles I had forgotten exsisted loudly protested my previous night's work-out, but eventually they'll accept that they have no choice and are going to work and shape up lol
Aquafit was good as usual, I really enjoy the instructor that we seem to get most Thursday nights. She's got a great vibe about her and she makes it fun to work out with her; such a huge plus :-D
Overall I'm darn proud of the fact that I managed 2 classes in one evening :-D

That is awesome, ive never been to pilates. I can only imagine! I use to go from one class to the pool for laps, then back to another class. Sort of like a spa day at the gym. Glad your doing great! You can do this.

It totally was Lizzy; if you've got the option to try a Pilates class, it's really quite awesome, I'm actually excited that tomorrow is Tuesday so I can go again to it Wow, that's fantastic that you could do that! :-D Thanks!
