Finally, had a BM. And am hopeful for weight loss. I was a little worried, when I couldn't go, for over 3 days.

Am enjoying the food and feel a little more energetic. Yeah! I'll need the additional energy, to keep making the great food,(a lot of chopping and mixing), and then cleaning up the mess. I have a fairly small kitchen, and only have 5'7" of counter space, broken up by sink and stove. With spices and pot holders on the 15'of counter by the stove, and Herbs on the far left 17" and the middle is where hand washed dishes dry, and coffee gets made, etc.

Make sure your getting enough fiber and vegetables in your diet. Also get plenty of water. Eating a lot of protein can cause constipation problems and they can get worse. So make sure you have enough fiber.

Is 25g enough? That is what I'm having today. I noticed that the last few days have been less. Thanks for letting me know that I need to watch that. :-)
