Group training #2 today. Fifth workout this week. Dad is ok so far. Thank you God!
Scale may indicate water loss due to spinning. We will see....
126.7 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
