Banana, strawberries, and grapes for breakfast; no-salt-added lentil soup for lunch; veggie tray and 1 cup home-brewed coffee at work; and no-salt-added black bean soup with a giant bowl of salad with almonds, blueberries, 2 Tbsp ground flax seeds, and low-sodium salsa as dressing for dinner.
