I was pretty bad this week. Over the weekend I had a lot of alcohol, but not only that, we made blended drinks with juice and bananas and sugary cocktails too. Though I gave that up for the rest of the week, I wasn't able to keep my cals down and exercise up. I skipped Zumba on Monday, which I never usually do because I really enjoy it. I also haven't been doing any time on the exercise bike, probably because my fiance and I just got a computer game and have been playing it together... I wish it was a video game because then I could exercise while playing. And last night I had 2 tacos really quickly but an hour later I was still hungry so I had another 1/2 of one. I should probably go back and figure out what my carb level should be because I've been eating apples for like a year even though they're technically not supposed to be eaten til later and a large apple has 25g carbs!

My body fat actually went down this week, to 34.1% which is 55 lbs instead of 56 lbs last week... Just trying to look on the bright side!

This weekend I'll definitely have to do some shoveling as we're about to get slammed with a historic snowstorm, so it'll force me to exercise at least today and tomorrow. Sunday we are going to a bridal show and meeting with our coordinator and doing a lot of driving so I'm not sure how I'll get the exercise in, but I will try. The rest of the week will be pretty standard: Zumba, climbing, Zumba. Actually Thursday is Valentines day and my fiance made plans over a month ago to go somewhere fancy so I'm not going to bother dieting that day because it would just be a waste. Maybe I'll wake up extra early and hit the gym so I don't have to worry about it at night?
161.4 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
