The night before last was my mom's birthday. So I had a little indiscretion that night for diner with some cake and pizza. Otherwise I was pretty good this week. Right now I'm having some French toast with butter & maple syrup and some eggs along with my coffee. A really delicious breakfast! The only thing that would make it better is if I had some hash browns and bacon but I'm out of bacon and hash browns take forever to cook.
214.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good job Mike... Its probably better that your out of bacon anyway.... Keep up the good work. I need to follow in your footsteps and get back on track.
