I am so motivated now! I went to the gym Tuesday , Wednesday, & Thursday so far this week. I pushed it really hard and worked out for a min of 1.5 hours..some nights were 2 hours. My arms are killing me but I feel amazing about it.
I also started eating quinoa! Man does that keep you full for hours!
