Friday. Today I have two coffee appointments. One at 9 am at Starbucks and the next at 10:30 ago another coffee place in town. Yikes! Even I don't know if I can drink that much coffee.

Yesterday was busy. All went well at work. Home? The same. I do appreciate all the support to exercise my patience and hope for the best. Time indeed will tell.

Another decline on the scale which is interesting. I have been very good at not snacking in the evening but last night I had 2 snacks! Hummus with 8 pretzel sticks and then 2 oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. And I see a "new" low. 203.4

Grateful.

I'm keeping a clear mind most of the time and not beating myself to a bloody pulp.
Having people who care about me (though I must admit I sometimes think if they REALLy knew me maybe they wouldn't)
I have work I can do over the weekend to occupy myself.
My mothers friend, who had a series of complications following bypass surgery) is slowly recuperating and making progress. She is still in the hospital a month after surgery.
My not so furry Doberman.

Not feeling very creative this morning. Time to juice, dishes, and get on with the day. Coffee.
203.4 lb Lost so far: 35.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congrats on the weight loss. The snacks you had last night won't have showed up yet (sorry!) And I often think that too, that if people REALLY knew me they would run the other way but we do know that that's not true. Very few people are totally unlovable. And Blue can't be wrong and he thinks you are GREAT! And you don't have to drink coffee in both places, surely one of them has tea!!! :) or decaf maybe? Enjoy the day and hope your weather isn't as bad as ours!

Yea for the decline! I could help you drink all that coffee lol. I am on my 4th cup this morning...5oz cups though made with the Keurig because I like it strong. I am hoping that your weekend goes well and that things will start to sort out for you but in the mean time be extra kind to yourself. Maybe a mani/pedi and some you time is in order.

Would be nice Cathy but I fear not other budget. I'm on curb status, as I. Kicked to the curb. Will have to save up my allowance for that.

Carol, we do "know" you...you are like all the rest of us...human. You are also funny, loving, amazing, sad, happy, talented, compassionate, talented, and caring. This I know from "talking" to you on this site for the last 3 years...watching how you interact with others, the advice you give, and the support you offer to all of us. Of course we love you, and meeting you in person would only deepen that! Is...the same goes for you! Congrats on that new low! HUGS, my fabulous friend! Hope you have a good weekend!
