Scale seems to be stuck?

When the scale doesn't move, some things to think about. Are you tracking all your food? People who track lose more weight than those who don't. People who don't track tend to eat 30% more than they think they do. Are you having too many bites, licks and tastes? (This is my downfall that I'm trying to curb). Are you drinking water to flush out sodium and keep things moving? Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? Protein and high fiber help us lose best. Are you eating too many processed foods (contain tons of sodium)? Are you being active? Exercise helps us burn calories, firm up, lose fat and helps our heart and physical health. Good luck!
