Joined WW last night. finding it hard to to eat during the day. limited time on breaks,so it has to be quick and filling. 26 points and I had no problem doing that..I can see that my calorie intake is low. ideas? dont want to carb load...more fruit..meat? help!!

A few ideas - nuts and trail mix are good options, or protein bars - my favorites are Clif Mojo, Natures Valley, and Kashi Crunchy.

You can have boiled eggs, lunch meat wrapped in small dill pickles (make them up at home and bring in little container in cooler-1pt snack-5 or 6 pieces of lunch meat), greek yogurt and fruit (you can make a parfait at home and keep in cooler), cheese sticks (WW has some that are 1pt. each), veggies and hummus (keep in cooler in container, measure out night before), bring some fruit (you can cut it up or buy it at store cut up already). I do a lower carb version of WW, so I try to use low point lower carb snacks. If you bring a cooler an plan the night before, you will have snacks ready to go and can grab and eat. If you need a quick breakfast on the run, "Think Thin" bars are great because they have 20 grams of protein and no sugar. Good luck!

Thanks your help! working in a daycare I can only do nuts on weekends. Just went to a local farmers market..bought lots of fresh veg! Im so proud to say I didnt give into the fresg baked goodies..did buy a cinnamon roll and handed it over to my son!!! going shopping now to sort out meals for the week..bought WW scales and sorted dinner 11 pts. Thanks again for the ideas, I can be such a geek.;)
