Ok... here is the deal. I am not doing well... it is rough I am FAT and not really excited about anything at this point. I coupon and it is "Extremely" easy to purchase the horrible foods you should not eat. Well I have been eating all of those foods, drinking soda and fatty foods. I am in need of a diet partner who will call me on my terrible eating habits. I do not know.... it will all be ok soon... for tomorrow will be another day. I am thinking about trying juicing and seeing how it goes.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

It sounds like you know the problem... Too much junk in the house. It's hard to eat well when you don't have anything healthy to eat.

DO you have any of the biggest loser books? They may motivate you? Do you ever watch the show?

I agree with mcarthy also. If it is in the house I will eat it. So you need to do an overhaul, get rid of all the unhealhy foods. Then stock up on the healthy ones. If you only have healthy snacks to choose from, then you will be able to stick with it and before you know it you will stop craving all the crappy stuff. It's true, I have quit soda and I know how hard it is! I know you can do it too!
