Don't really want to weigh in every week, hoped to go 2 weeks but I sensed that I was lighter and I wanted to affirm the 'feeling'. So I weighed myself and Voila! - 5 lbs down almost to the same weight that I started this so many months ago ...

Just a note, my previous weigh in was Jan 31 not Feb 4 so I am losing at about 5 /lbs per week but overall I have been at this for 6 weeks now (started Dec 27) so it is really closer to 2+ lbs / wk.
317.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 67.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
