Just signed up today. So, the first meal is dinner at the firehouse. Rotisserie chicken with Green Beans and mashed sweet potatoes with bacon. Instead of Butter I added Coconut Oil to the green beans and fresh ground black pepper. If I am going to eat unprocessed foods, good taste will be critical. The big challenge will be to avoid evening snacks and alcohol for 30 days. We shall see how it all pans out.
Did 30 minute workout of core work (planks and burpees) and light freeweights. Nothing too challenging; just getting over Bronchitis.
