2277 kcal Fat: 46.27g | Prot: 126.21g | Carb: 336.71g.   Breakfast: Honey Nut Cheerios, Skim Milk, kroger wheat bread, I Can't Believe iT's Not Butter Light. Lunch: wheat thins reduced fat, spinach subway, Subway Banana Peppers, subway mustard, Subway Pickles, subway tomato, subway apples, subway turkey, subway chocolate cookie. Dinner: boneless skinless grilled chicken breast, I can't believe it's not butter, skim milk, wheat bread kroger, honey nut cheerios. Snacks/Other: sushi, wheat thins reduced fat. more...
