Followed the plan very well except for a can of vegetarian chili that I thought was no added sodium (threw the other can out) and then at the end of the night... I ate a box of 4 California veggie burgers. No bread. Just threw it in the toaster oven and dipped them in barbecue sauce. :| They were mostly vegetables with some kind of brown whole grain to hold the patty together but still. They were mighty tasty too, lol.
