This mindful eating is very challenging. I am so used to doing other things while I eat, I am finding it almost impossible to stop, slow down and savor. I will keep trying, but this is going to be a huge learning curve.

1768 kcal Fat: 59.69g | Prot: 92.85g | Carb: 227.71g.   Breakfast: blueberries, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, oatmeal, skim milk, Diesel whey protein. Lunch: naked berry, pita pocket flax, cheese, fat free ham Schneiders, nature valley sweet and salty almond. Dinner: chunky peanut butter, apple, ryvita sunflower. Snacks/Other: grapes, corn chips, muffin, cheese, bread. more...
