I think I need more protein

If you are physically active, I would most definitely up your protein intake. Protein also helps satiate hunger. Try having more animal protein for this; chicken breast and fish are my go-to items.

Yep, protein at every meal. Yogurt is good, I like the Greek. Fish is my favorite, anything really and even though fresh tastes best, tuna, salmon, or sardines, etc. in a can is high in protein, vitamin D, and omega-3, while low in calories compared to many alternatives. The key is to find something that you LIKE.

My butt seems to be dragging today....figured protein would help more than sugar. ;0)
