So it has been a busy week and I have not had time to read any journals or group posts will try to catch up today.

DH has been trying to eat better but he does not realize that he has that 8pm habit that he needs to break (he is NOT starving it is a HABIT).

Daughter has been studying for the ASVAB again and of course DH is freaking out over it and stressing everyone in the household out. I love him to death but he can make a situation that should be exciting and a little stressful...no fun at all and totally stressful. I know it is because he cares but I wish he could see that sometimes he creates more stress than not. I am sure it is a combination too of a change in his eating habits and a huge lessening of his carb intake which many of us know can make you very grumpy (been there myself). To top it all off he is sick with a cold and has sneezed so much he strained a muscle in his back. AND he woke at 3am Tuesday morning and could not go back to sleep so by last night he was probably not in the best of humor.

I think I finally have my sodium back down and my water retention gone what with the extra sodium on Sunday and then the constipation and then the diarrhea that I had (TMI...sorry). So it looks like it is going to take me this whole week to get my body re-situated!!

Tonight I am going to try to make some chicken stir-fry for dinner and will portion out some rice for DH...that will be tough for him, BUT his carbs for the day are controlled and limited so as long as he does not try to eat a bunch of crap after dinner he should be okay.

As for me I was hoping that with some of the melting snow and ice that I would be able to get a walk in today but I am not so sure that will happen now as snow is in the forecast for today.

I hope everyone has a great day...time to go back DH's lunch!
