Oooops. I may or may not have let the stress finally get to me. Either way the wine was yummy and hubby was busy running through the bathroom to the basement trying to get the furnace to come back on so there was no way I was jumping on the scale this morning when he could suddenly jump through a door at any second. If there was damage then it was worth it. At least this way I didn't pull any hair out or sit in a corner and suck my thumb.

Today is parent-teacher conferences. Yay.... The meeting is basically going to be a repeat of the report card I just saw. She's on honor roll. She's a delight to have in class. She sometimes doesn't listen to instructions and sometimes doesn't work to her full potential. Do they think she is any different at home? If anything I'm pretty sure they see more of the good child than I do. Granted she is a good kid but she's is stubborn. Little man is stubborn.. CRAP I may only be able to have stubborn strong minded kids. I better get more wine.

Today I'm back on the wagon.. if you dont count the sugar free candies for breakfast. Ok.. Starting right now I'm back on the wagon! No more 3.. or more glasses of wine a night. I think there was three... geez I'm becoming a light weight in my old age. I need a nap.

But at least you went to bed early, you shouldn't need a nap! I only had 2 but then I ate chips with the second one because I was pissed, menstrual and lonely. Those were exactly how Ryan's conferences went until this year :-(. Meeting at school tomorrow ar 10:30. He is still on merit roll but if that Science goes down anymore it will be the first time he won't make it. Well he would with the help of gym, band and art but I look at it without those.

Wine and sugar free candies? All good in my book. No need for guilt >=) Unless... you killed the whole bottle of wine! Then you could just make up for it with burpees :)

Show me a young lady that isn't attentive 100% of the time. When they say "she's stubborn" quickly reply "Super, that's the way we raised her!"

Plenty of water should help with the wine....I do love wine!!! You know I always preferred that my daughter behave better away from home than when she is at home....hahaha. It is a great thing to have good kids :)

Starting right now is a good time. One more day and the weekend will be here. Maybe you'll get to sleep in an extra 5 minutes!

Haha - when I first read this line: "I better get more wine." - I read it as "they get better with more wine" (as in your kids get better when you have more wine." :)
