Yesterday it was triceps, I think that were sore. So far today different daily movements have had other muscles speak up. I think my pectorals and/or upper abdominal as well as the one that wraps around to my back I don't remember it's name 100% so I think I need to freshen up on my muscle anatomy. That was my favorite class in nursing school. - I don't have access to a car today so I cannot go to the YMCA but I'll plan to go to a Pilate's class tomorrow to try it. Yesterday I tried yoga and I really liked it.

I'm excited and that makes this even better. But I need to figure out diet stuff. I stil do not eat enough. I need to eat more calories in both protein and other to get out of a permanent starvation mode to convince my body to burn and not hold onto to weight.

I'm going to find my hooping Dvd and work on the stretches if nothing else. Also need to locate my yoga block and strap. I can do this!
