No workout yesterday. The leg still hurts and I may give it a few more days to allow the pain to completely go away. It feels like more than basic DOMS
219.0 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I recommend that you do workout today, but go easy. It's better to get it moving and the blood flowing, it will help heal it quicker. But dont put off working out.
