I have always struggled with that! What has been working for me (except for last night lol) is pre-making dinner earlier in the day when I'm doing well so come dinner time I just heat and eat. That way I don't give myself excuses about not having time or anything and I don't make bad choices. Then I have pre-measured snacks made up in case I want something later in the evening and I only let myself have those. It's working so far! Hope that helps.
