6;Feb;2013 After three days of dieting I finally gave in and went out of my diet but only by a little bit. For breakfast, I had a piece of toast with sweetcorn and mayo on it rather than a boiled egg and grapefruit. For lunch, I had what was written down in the diet, fresh fruit and for dinner, instead of two grilled lamb chops, I had a piece of toast with sweetcorn, uncooked bacon and mayo on it. I didn't feel very guilty at breakfast but after dinner I felt like crying, that's how bad it got. I cannot believe I let myself give in just like that! I'm extremely disappointed.

You don't know me, but maybe you're being too hard on yourself. If you can't eat what you're "supposed" to eat, maybe you need to find a more realistic diet to follow - something that you can stick to for life, not just for awhile. You might not lose weight as quickly but you're WAY more likely to keep it off, which is the most important thing. Please don't sabotage yourself by making it so hard!

oh, i didn't think anyone would read this! thank you but it's not a diet, i've had an ED for a few years now and im recently getting over it and this diet seems like a realistic one :)
