Yesterday evening I did Fit Body Boot camp (similar to a P90X) and it was a 30 minute class. I enjoyed the class and had more endurence and stamina and strength than I expected. The Hot Yoga has really built my abiltiy up. Today I ran for two blocks straight. I realise this is probably someone else warm up - but I did it and I plan to build on it. Hot Yoga tonight and a very light dinner. I already ate my daily calories. Wah Wah!
