Yay! Just joined Fat secret and I am hoping it will give me the added kick to keep me focused. I really like the food journal because it shows me how much crap I eat when I should be eating better. So that is super helpful. I love to exercise but I love to eat so I am hoping to find a happy balance.

I joined today as well :) yup its a great feature I love it too.. good thing u like to exercise i hate it let me rephrase I HATE IT ;D still i am trying my best right now :) I hope this keeps me motivated! GoodLuck to you!

Thanks and good luck to you. I promise once you start exercising and realize you feel better you begin to enjoy it. One thing I always notice after I start exercising again (because some of us do take breaks) is I stop feeling tired and sluggish in the afternoon. That is a great motivator! Again, good luck!! A positive attitude always helps too ;D. I sound like a cliche.
