This is truly my heart's desire...to have six pack abs. I had a baby a year ago and have lost all of my pregnancy weight (plus a little more), but my belly still has no real definition.
113.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
