Still not feeling 100% today and wonder if maybe something else is keeping me down besides my migraine. I still have a little bit of a headache today, but feel more light headed, and now my stomach is churning, I'm so tired I just want to go to bed, and I think I have a fever. I have an all day meeting tomorrow too, so I'd better feel better by then. No workouts so far this week because of not feeling well, but I hope by the weekend I'm back on track. I was so motivated to get started a week ago, I wish the migraine would have stayed away and I would still be working out. Once I'm feeling good I know my motivation will be back, but for now I'm just feeling blah.
