I don't know why but I am craving sweets like crazy, sugar sugar sugar! It has stalled my weight loss and now I am bloated today and up 4 lbs (though I know it is just bloating)... You would think that if I could make it through pregnancy and delivery I could do just about anything I put my mind to. Losing weight is hard, it is right up there with giving birth! I am very impatient and have a hard time sticking to it... although I have been exercising daily! At least there is one positive! I think the sleep deprivation of having a newborn is fueling my junk food cravings. I have to stop it at all costs....
