CLane's Journal, 06 February 2013

So yesterday afternoon I weighed in and recorded it but this morning I weighed in again which is when my normal weigh in time occurs. This one was much more in line with how I've been feeling about my progress. It's also that time of the month so yesterday was a bloaty day.
148.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
