Weighed today but I'm up... WHAT?

I have done great all week. Went to the gym, worked out hard, great on eating. No late night snacking. I dunno know...Maybe still retaining water from TOM because I feel lighter?

Oh well, not giving up. Imagining that Jamaican vacation in June and how I want to look when I'm there.

Very tired. I haven't been going to bed early enough but I'm going to fix that tonight. So for today I've had my vitamins and coffee. Fruit and Greek Yogurt for a snack and a shake for lunch. Also will get a workout in during my lunch hour today.

I have a jamaica vacation in may that i'm motivated for too!! Just keep doing what you are doing, water weight sure does mess with you big time!

Oooh, other than the TOM, I totally know the feeling. You're doing good, and then you gain. It's SO frustrating. But as we've been around so many times - if you KNOW FOR CERTAIN that you've done good, then there is nothing to worry about. Just keep truckin'...
